Certificate of State Registration in Rospotrebnadzor

In accordance with the enactment of the Government of Russian Federation, N 322, dated by June, 30, 2004 "About approval of the Regulation about Federal service on customers' rights protection and human well being surveillance" the Federal service on customers' rights protection and human well being surveillance (Rospotrebnadzor) registers the following products:

• Mineral water, bottled drinking water, tonic drinks, alcohol containing drinks;


• Specific food, incl. baby, diet and athlete food;


• Biologically active additives;


• Food products obtained using genetic modified organisms;


• Cosmetics;


• Means and goods for the hygiene of the oral cavity;


• Disinfection, disinsection, disinfestation agents;


• Domestic chemistry goods;


• Goods for personal hygiene of babies and adults;


• Goods intended for contact with food.


• Chemical, biological substances and agents, made on their basis and are potentially dangerous for the human (except drugs), which are firstly implemented into manufacturing and not have been used earlier;


• Specific types of products, having potential danger for a human (except drugs);


• Specific types of products, including food, which is firstly imported to the territory of Russian Federation.

The certificate of state registration confirms the conformity of product's properties to the state sanitary and epidemiologic rules and regulations. The certificate is valid on the territory of Custom union (Kazakhstan, Belorussia and Russian Federation).

If the product is produced inside Custom union, manufacturer of the product can be an applicant for the state registration.
If the product is produced outside Custom union, foreign manufacturer or importer, located in the Custom union, can be such an applicant.

Terms of issue must not exceed 30 days from the date of documents submission.

Sanitary expertise precedes the mandatory GOST R certification. Number and the date of issue of the certificate of state registration have to be included in the corresponding GOST R certificate.
